Messages from the CEO | Real Estate Market & FNTI Business Showing No Signs of Slowing Down...
We are now into the third quarter of 2016, and I am pleased to report that I have not seen a slow-down in the real estate markets we serve. The hot summer months are almost behind us, but the record-paced real estate markets in Texas and Arizona are not showing signs of cooling off. Our independent agents are reporting at a record level and our growth rate continues to exceed 50 percent year-over-year. I am not an expert on real estate trends and don’t exactly know why the real estate industry remains hot, but I do know why our agents are writing more on First National Title Insurance — it is the strength and commitment of our team...

I was looking at my source of all information—Facebook—and saw posts made by numerous friends, who are also FNTI agents, and I was impressed by the number of postings about their customers’ successes. I saw postings of first-time homebuyers, borrowers who were able to do something like send their kids to college, people spending their children’s inheritance via a reverse mortgage, and others selling and moving on to retire, etc...
