Out & About...

Members of the Fort Worth, Texas real estate community were treated to a TREC CE class while peddling through the city! FNTI was proud to be the CE provider for this fun and unique event.

Suzanne delivered a class to real estate agents on utilizing nonverbal communication to engage clients, establish trust and to detect deceit. This class is excellent for escrow professionals too!  Give FNTI a call to discuss how we may help with your educational needs.

Messages from the CEO | FNTI Supports ALTA Advocacy Day in Washington, D.C.

The Texas Land Title Association (TLTA) encourages “Day at the Capital” during the year the legislature is in session. This past February over 200 title professional gathered in Austin to lobby for and against issues that impact our industry. DJ Horn, Jamie Barker, Sean Everest, and I attended that effort and visited with as many state representatives and senators as we could.  It was an incredible civics lesson and opportunity to see how the legislative process works. In Texas, our legislature meets on odd numbered years; at the federal level, we have an opportunity to meet with our legislators every year...

DJ's Motivational Monday | Relationships
DJ Horn's Motivational Monday's

Relationships are a natural, intentional association between people built over time.  The FNTI Florida Team of Jay Hansli, Audra Tyler, John Redding, and I visited a few offices of First International Title in Florida this past week at a “Lunch and Learn.” As I observed the conversations and interaction, I witnessed the importance and influence a personal relationship creates in a business relationship.  Jay and the ladies in the office clearly have a mutual trust and respect for each other from working together in the past, and opening that relationship up to Audra and John was extremely valuable to this phenomenal First International group. This type of voluntary bond is clearly a successful influence on business retention, which is why we should all take the time to build relationships with our clients...
